Aside from the rare chance you have a manufacturer defect on your gear, which of course the manufacturers will stand by, we want you to know that we will never just turn you over to the manufacturer or say I'm sorry, that's too bad, good luck with that. When you buy from us, we're more than happy to handle it for you and help you through the process should you need us to. You have that confidence and guarantee from us that your hard earned money is getting you what you deserve. If you ever have any questions regarding any gear you purchased from us in store or online, or even if you didn't purchase from us, please, don't hesitate to reach out to us. 2 Year Warranty

ENO warrants our product to be in good condition upon receipt and free from manufacturing defects for a period of 2 years from the original date of purchase.

PLEASE NOTE: The ENO warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not cover:

  • Damage caused by accident
  • Improper care
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Breakdown of colors and materials due to sun exposure
  • After-market modifications

HydroFlask Hydro Flask
Limited Lifetime Warranty

Hydro Flask® is so convinced that the Hydro Flask® is the best double wall vacuum insulated bottle available that they guarantee every Hydro Flask® product with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects! Although their lifetime warranty does not cover ordinary wear and tear, including dents, scratches, powder coat chips from the flask being dropped, damaged, etc., it does cover manufacturing defects.
If you believe you have a Flask that no longer insulates, you can test the insulation property of your flask at home by adding boiling hot water to the flask. After 5 minutes, feel the outside of the flask (below the neck). If you feel any hot spots, the vacuum has been compromised and you are eligible for a replacement.
If you have rough welds along the rim of your flask, please contact us. The flasks are welded at the rim and, on occasion, the welding can be uneven. If you have a flask that has an uneven rim or lip, please do not hesitate to contact Above The Ridge and we will help you through the process of getting a replacement.

Does your flask rattle? The rattle you might experience hearing is a small metal disc that sits between the double wall of your flask that aids in the vacuum insulation process. Sometimes, on rare occasions, the disc becomes dislodged, creating a small noise or rattle. This will not affect the insulation or structural integrity of your flask. If you can live with it, so can Hydro Flask. However, if it is an annoyance, we will help you exchange it for a new flask with Hydro Flask. We've actually experienced this ourselves and the "dislodge", becamse lodged again and the rattle disappeared. The flask returned back to normal and the insulation was not compromised at all.

Warranty claims will only be approved by Hydro Flask® if the product was purchased from an authorized dealer, such as us here at Above The Ridge. This warranty is limited to the lifetime of your Hydro Flask® product, as limited by or subject to applicable law. The limited warranty provided by Hydro Flask® only covers manufacturing defects and does not include any damage or defect of any Hydro Flask® products, caused by, whether directly or indirectly, any of the following: (i) improper use or misuse of the product; (ii) damage or defect caused by cleaning, disassembly, alterations or modifications; or (iii) damage or defect caused by or resulting from wear and tear, abuse, fire, or Acts of God.

Please note your Warranty Claim Hydro Flask® will be replaced by the same size and color Hydro Flask. If the size and color are no longer available, it will be replaced by one of similar size and color and will not be of lesser MSRP value. Unfortunately, replacement flasks under warranty cannot be customized. If you have a flask with a custom logo, Hydro Flask, nor Above The Ridge, are not able to screen print or engrave the artwork on your return flask (sorry). Once have your defective flask, if purchased from us, we will either exchange immediately, or will need up to 10-15 days for return delivery.

Mad Rock Climbing Mad Rock Climbing
Limited Lifetime Guarantee

Mad Rock stands behind every product they manufacture!
At Mad Rock, climbing is what they do! If you discover a defect, Mad Rock will replace that product FREE OF CHARGE. This warranty excludes regular wear and tear, nor is it valid for products that have been modified, resoled, repaired or altered outside of standard design. Marmot Marmot®

Marmot warrants their products to be free of manufacturer defects and will repair or replace all valid warranty items.

Marmot Mountainsmith®

Most Mountainsmith products are covered by a Lifetime Warranty against materials and workmanship defects. There is a limited 1 year warranty only on Mountainsmith wheeled travel luggage pieces. All warranty returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number (RA #) to Mountainsmith. Products found to be defective will be repaired or replaced at Mountainsmith’s discretion and Mountainsmith reserves the right to make all determinations as to the use of this policy.

Products failing due to normal wear and tear, abuse, accident, critters, or natural breakdown of materials over extended use and time can be repaired for a nominal fee. Mountainsmith will not repair product requiring a fee unless approved. Oboz® shoes are some of the BEST hiking shoes made and it's doubtful you'll ever need this warranty. However, if you do, Oboz is covered by a limited 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. All of Ruffwear's products are rigorously field tested and they proudly and fully guarantee against defects in materials and craftsmanship.
If you have a product that has a defect and you purchased it from us here at Above The Ridge™, please return the product to us for warranty assistance. We will help you work through the process to get you and your canine back in action!
What is not covered: Normal wear and tear (damage that naturally and inevitably occurs as a result of normal wear or aging), damage from the canine, such as chewing, incidental damage, like tearing, or wear incurred from improper sizing. Modifications, alterations, negligence or use for a purpose other than for which it was designed is also not covered.
Ruffwear® knows dogs can be hard on their gear! If you experience damage that occurs as the result of normal wear and tear, damage from the canine, or wear incurred from improper sizing, please contact Ruffwear® directly, or you can also bring by our store and we will also help you through the process, even if you didn't purchase your Ruffwear® gear from us.
